Hi, I’m Shane Brill.

I help people reconnect with their bodies and build lasting wellness — using food, insight, and education as powerful tools for change.

My approach blends ancestral nutrition, functional lab testing, and nature-based principles to help you understand your symptoms, nourish your body, and create sustainable, meaningful shifts in your health.

Through the Chestertown Wellness Collective, I collaborate with local holistic practitioners to support community wellbeing through education, events, and integrated care.

my Story

Like many of my clients, I came to nutritional therapy out of necessity.

For years, I struggled with a condition that fluctuated between chronic macrocytosis and mild anemia, which didn’t respond effectively to conventional treatments. This experience prompted me to delve deeper into my health, uncovering underlying issues that affected my sleep and energy levels. While I’ve made tremendous strides in my health and continue to collaborate with my medical team, I now feel empowered and equipped with the tools to take charge of my well-being.

More importantly, this journey inspired me to help others achieve their own transformations.

Through one-on-one consultations and community education, I now support people across all stages of life in rediscovering their energy, rebuilding resilience, and reclaiming their health with clarity and confidence.

My Approach

I combine formal training from the Nutritional Therapy Association and the Institute of Restorative Health with a deep respect for ecological connection. Each client receives highly personalized support that reflects:

I’m also a certified instructor of the RESTART® program, and regularly lead community-based workshops on nutrition, foraging, and reconnecting with the land.

Beyond Nutrition

I live in a quiet sanctuary in Chestertown, Maryland, surrounded by a landscape of edible gardens featuring fruit trees, berry bushes, and medicinal herbs. This space serves as a living classroom where I explore seasonal eating, soil health, and the healing power of plants.

My work is shaped by permaculture principles, ancestral knowledge, and a belief that true healing is possible when we realign with natural systems.
