Hi, I’m Shane Brill. My work is grounded in training through the Nutritional Therapy Association and Restorative Wellness Solutions, where I’ve studied the deep connection between nutrition, physiology, and root-cause healing.

I combine ancestral nutrition principles with current scientific research and clinical tools to guide my clients toward sustainable, meaningful results. I also lead wellness workshops and educational programs for individuals and communities of all ages.

I'm a licensed RESTART® program instructor and I believe that true expertise includes continuous learning from every client I work with. My approach is structured and flexible — always tailored to the unique needs of the person in front of me.

Why I Do This Work

I became a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner because I’m deeply driven to help people discover their capacity to thrive.

Through personalized, insight-driven education, I guide clients toward lasting, meaningful change — empowering them to better understand their bodies and take aligned, effective action.

My own health journey brought me here. After struggling for years with a form of anemia that conventional medicine couldn’t resolve, I began exploring alternative ways to support my body. That path led me to nutrition — and eventually to formal training with the Nutritional Therapy Association. With the right tools, I was able to resolve my symptoms and reclaim my energy. But even more powerful was the realization that this knowledge could help others do the same.

From improving sleep and cognition to balancing hormones, easing joint pain, eradicating parasites, and reducing inflammation — I’ve seen firsthand how functional nutrition can address a wide range of chronic issues. I continue to be amazed by its reach and its results.

Beyond Nutrition

I lead culinary wellness workshops and foraging walks, teaching people how to reconnect with the abundance that nature offers. My partner and I live on a small urban homestead that we’ve transformed into a food forest — complete with fruit trees, berry bushes, and medicinal herbs. It’s a living laboratory for seasonal eating, soil health, and the healing power of plants. My practice is rooted in permaculture principles, which continue to shape how I understand food, ecosystems, and resilience.

I’m committed to lifelong learning and continually deepen my expertise to support clients through increasingly complex health challenges. In a world shaped by modern stressors and environmental burdens, I work at the intersection of ancestral wisdom and modern science — so that the people I serve can get clear answers, practical tools, and real, sustainable results.
