HI, I’M SHANE BRILL.

I provide customized nutritional education and support for lifestyle changes to help people thrive.

As a nutritional consultant, I’ll work with you to understand how to address the root cause of chronic health concerns.

We’ll look at the holistic functioning of your body in the context of your personal history. And we’ll help you reach lasting health goals on terms that work for you.

I’m trained to support health by the Nutritional Therapy Association.

Building upon a background as an ecological designer and wild foods educator, I have been studying ancestral approaches to food and health for nearly 20 years. I teach wellness courses and run educational programs for undergraduates and community members of all ages. Course topics include permaculture, beekeeping, foraging, fermentation, and culinary wellness.

I’m a certified Dietary Supplement Specialist and a licensed RESTART program instructor. Because my consultations are highly customized to each individual, I continue to learn from every person I support.


Our bodies are constantly communicating with us through the symptoms we experience.

Nutritional therapy provides a framework to understand the signals we’re receiving and a toolkit for making informed decisions about how to resolve underlying issues.

By closing the gap between the evolutionary context in which our species evolved and our modern living environment, we can support our natural tendency toward optimum health.
