Nutritional therapy benefits

Coconut yogurt provides a dairy-free alternative to traditional yogurt, rich in probiotics that help support a healthy gut microbiome. A balanced microbiome contributes to better digestion, immune regulation, and even mood support. Plus, coconut offers healthy fats, including MCTs (medium-chain triglycerides), which are a clean-burning energy source for the body and brain.

Raw honey is more than just a natural sweetener—it’s a functional food rich in enzymes, antioxidants, and antimicrobial compounds. It can help soothe inflammation, support immune function, and even promote wound healing.

Mustard is more than a condiment—it’s made from mustard seeds, which are rich in minerals and anti-inflammatory compounds. The mustard also stimulates digestion by promoting bile flow, which helps break down fats and absorb fat-soluble vitamins. If you use mustard powder, you’ll get a more concentrated kick of these beneficial phytonutrients.

Sea salt provides essential trace minerals and helps maintain proper hydration, electrolyte balance, and nerve function. Unlike processed table salt, mineral-rich salts contain a broader spectrum of nutrients that support cellular health.
